Vancouver
Vancouver has the mildest winter weather in Canada. Surrounded by ocean and mountains, the city has the weather of the temperate rainforest. The summer is warm and dry with beautiful skies and spectacular sunsets. In this season the temperature hovers around 20C. In winter it becomes wet and cool, with a fall in temperature averaging from 0C-5C. While surrounding mountain areas have plenty of snow for skiing and snowboarding, the city itself rarely gets any snowfall at all, making it an ideal spot for continuous outdoor activities such as biking, in-line skating, hiking and boating.
